The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced that the COVID-19 pandemic has forced them to end the academic year at Kurdistan universities and institutions.

It was previously decided that if the situation gets better, the education process will resume in campus on 31/5/2020. However, as the situation gets worse, it is impossible to reopen the universities amid Corona outbreak.

Therefore, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research decided to end the academic year for 2019-2020.
